The company has considerable experience in preparing technical reports for financial and securities institutions. It has also provided technical input to litigation proceedings and expert witness accounts in a number of mineral exploration/mining industry cases. MPH can provide a complete range of geophysical services including; survey design and implementation, supervision of contractors and quality control, and modeling and interpretation. For example, MPH has developed proprietary software for processing of aeromagnetic data for the detection of kimberlite targets in complex magnetic terrain. MPH includes a team of field and office computer specialists. The department is familiar with leading mining, GIS and geophysical software. Services include database management, digitising and preparation of maps and drawings, and design and layout of promotional material The firm has deliberately chosen to remain a broad-based consulting organisation and avoided focusing on narrow technical specialities, with the exception that it has developed a particular expertise in the management and design of exploration and evaluation programs in diamonds. The group has acquired extensive experience in searching for and evaluating opportunities for a wide range of commodities, with the result that it is particularly well-suited to manage and staff large scale exploration and evaluation projects, conduct regional/country appraisals and advise clients on mineral economics and policy.
